Steel major JSW Steel Ltd scheduled an auction for 102,700 t of fines (Fe54%) and 205,400 t of lumps (Fe61%) today. The entire quantity of iron ore fines was booked at INR 960/t ex-mines whereas 173,800 t of lumps (5-18mm, Fe 61-62%) were booked at the base price of INR 5,700/t ex-mines, including royalty, DMF, and NMET, market sources reported to SteelMint.
