Hindustan Zinc Ltd. (HZL) reduced lead ingot prices by INR 1,400/t ($18/t) today against 15 Aug’22. The effective price stands at INR 205,100/t ($2,575/t), whereas special high-grade (SHG) zinc ingot prices remained unchanged at INR 344,100/t ($4,321/t) exw-Jodhpur. Market participants believe zinc ingot prices are likely to remain rangebound as material shortage in the EU may keep the Indian market supported.
