IF-route rebar prices rose by INR 400/t d-o-d in Raipur today following an uptick in sponge iron, billet prices. Around 2,100 t of rebar transactions happened in Raipur against 5,200 t yesterday. The limited trade was due to adequate bookings in the last few days ahead of Rakhi festival.
Prices in other locations remained positive. Around 6,000t of rebar trade concluded in at INR 55,500-56,000/t exw.
