India: About 10,000 t of sponge iron export deals concluded

Around 10,000 tonnes of sponge iron export deals were concluded from India. Three rakes of 7,500 t of sponge iron were sold at $455-460/t LTW eastern India ($480-485/t CPT Nepal -FeM 80%, lumps 70%, fines 30%).
One rake of 2,500 t of PDRI (FeM 78%) was concluded at $410-415/t LTW, eastern India, ($430-435/t CPT Nepal).
Offers to Bangladesh are stable at $420-425/t CPT Benapole, but demand weak amid LC concerns.
