Colombia: Coal exports to Netherlands more than doubled m-o-m in July

Colombia’s coal exports to Netherlands rose by a whopping 116% m-o-m to 0.7 mnt in July, CoalMint vessel line-up data revealed. The sharp rise in exports came amid strong demand from Europe after it imposed sanctions on Russia. Colombia’s total coal exports, however, remained largely unchanged at 3.4 mnt last month as higher shipments to Europe were offset by lower shipments to the Asian market.
