Iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary increased to INR 9,900/t exw today as against INR 9,750/t on 2 August, as per SteelMint assessment.
- Confirmed deals of 14,000 t were recorded in this publishing window at around INR 9,800-10,100/t exw.
- Pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices inched up to INR 34,800/t exw against INR 34,400/t on 2 August. Increase in sponge iron prices and delay in dispatches kept pellet demand supported.
