NINL received bid for 30,000 tons of Pig iron

On February 27, NINL offered 60,000 tons of Pig iron (steel) through an export tender, to buyers based in the international market.

The company has received bid at $403/MT FOB Paradeep Port for 30,000 tons of material from Stemcor (London) and is to take a decision on the same, in the start of the next week.

NINL is to declare its domestic Pig iron prices for March today, which is anticipated to step up from current levels of Rs 22,000/MT (Ex works Cuttack). Presently, there is no discount being offered by the company.
