Korea Southern Power Co Ltd (KOSPO) has invited bids to procure 230,000 t of 4400-4900 GAR kcal/kg grade thermal coal for its three thermal power units, a tender notification showed. The bid closing date is 3 Aug’22 at 1800 KST (Korean Standard Time). Among the units, KOSPO is set to receive 70,000 t while Korea South-East Power Co (KOEN) and Korea East-West Power Co Ltd (EWP) will receive 80,000 t.
