AM/NS India’s steel sales down 13%, q-o-q, in Q2CY’22

AM/NS India’s steel sales dropped 13% to 1.51 mnt in Q2CY’22 in comparison with 1.73 mnt in the previous quarter, as per company sources. On an annualised basis, steel sales fell 12% against 1.72 mnt in Q2CY’21. The drop in sales is primarily due to subdued demand and lower production.
