Jindal Power Ltd based in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh has invited expression of interest (EoI) for supply of 130,000 t of biomass pellets for its 3400 MW power plant. Interested parties can send their EoI by 5 Aug’22. Biomass pellets are biofuels made of compressed organic matter and are being used as an alternative against imported coal for blending in recent times because of economic viability.
