Mid-CV South African RB2 (5500 kcal/kg NAR) grade coal offers were heard at $240/t while low-CV RB3 (4800 kcal/kg NAR) grade offers are at $180/t CIF basis. Portside trading activity of South African coal remained weak in eastern ports amid limited availability of stocks. Prices in Krishnapatnam Port were assessed at INR 17,700/t.
