Imported Chinese HRC (SAE1006) offers to UAE have further dropped to $670/t CFR from previous week’s $680-690/t CFR levels. Meanwhile, offers from India for HRC (SAE1006, boron added) remained unchanged at $685-695/t CFR level.“The market is very silent and there are no firm bids at present,” said a reliable UAE-based source.
