Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) announced that it has plans to acquire 19% of the shares of Yunnan Aluminium. After the transaction is completed, Chalco will become the largest shareholder of Yunnan Aluminium with 29.1% and will include the shares into the scope of the company’s consolidated statements.
