China: Chrome ore imports down 11% m-o-m in June

China’s chrome ore imports were down by 11.13% m-o-m to 1.26 mnt in Jun’22.
Top three exporters were South Africa at 887,600 t, Turkey at 135,500 t, and Zimbabwe was 12,200 t.
However, imports were down by 1% y-o-y against 1.22 mnt in Jun’21.
Total import volumes in Jan-Jun’22 stood at 7.73 mnt, almost stable compared to corresponding period last year.
