India: Hindalco, Balco hike aluminium ingots prices by INR 3,250/t

Hindalco and Balco have increased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 3,250/t ($41/t) today. Hindalco’s effective price is INR 225,250/t ($2,812/t), while Balco’s price stands at INR 225,750/t ($2,824/t) exw.
The closing price for the three-month aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,389/t on 19 Jul’22 while cash prices increased by $35/t to $2,412/t.
