Haldia Energy Limited (HEL) has floated a tender to procure 50,000 t of imported coal for its 600 mega-watt thermal power plant located in West Bengal. The coal should have calorific value of 4,200 Kcal/kg which is to be delivered on FOR plant basis or ex-port rake loaded basis earliest by Sep’22. The last date of bid submission is 26 Jul’22.
