South Korea: Iron ore imports fall 18%, m-o-m, in Jun’22

South Korea’s iron ore imports fell by 18.29% m-o-m in Jun’22 to 5.58 mnt from 6.83 mnt in May’22, as per data recently released by customs.
Australia was the largest exporter with 4.04 mnt, followed by Brazil with 0.57 mnt.
Import volumes dropped by 9% to 33.92 mnt y-o-y in Jan-Jun’22 compared to 37.31 mnt in the year-ago period.
