India: South African RB2 offers rise to INR 18,500/t at Vizag Port

Amid strong demand for imported South African coal, RB2 (5500 kcal/kg NAR) grade coal offers stood higher at INR 18,500/t at Vizag Port, while offers for low-CV RB3 (4800 kcal/kg NAR) rose by INR 500/t d-o-d to INR 16,500/t amid limited availability. A total of 0.55 mnt is set to arrive from the country till 23 July, mostly booked directly by end-users, CoalMint data showed.
