- Tata Metaliks has raised basic grade pig iron offers by INR 700/t to INR 48,700/t, although foundry grade pig iron prices are stable at INR 51,700/t. Prices are exw Kharagpur, applicable for Kolkata and Howrah.
- Prices were raised amidst a rebound in offers by other producers due to a sharp surge in billet prices. Pig iron prices in Durgapur have increased by INR 1,000/t w-o-w.
