- Nittetsu Stainless (NSSC) reduced the July 2022 contract selling price of nickel-based cold-rolled thin plate by JPY 30,000/t, as per Japan Metal Daily reports.
- The company says, “As a stainless-steel manufacturer, we will adhere to the highly transparent alloy link method.” Given the current raw material prices and exchange levels, the August contract price could be further reduced by JPY 20,000- 30,000/t.
