Heavy structural steel manufacturers in Raipur increased further by INR 500/t. The current offer for 150m channel stands at INR 55,000/t exw. Billet supply shortage in central region, limited trading activities and adequate previous booking orders forced suppliers to keep spot offers on the higher side. Trade discounts offered by suppliers are currently hovering at around INR 1,500/t, sources informed.
