Vedanta had scheduled an auction for sale of around 100,000 t of iron ore fines (Fe57.5%) today from its A. Narrain mines in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district with the floor price at INR 1,446/t ex-mines (excluding royalty, DMF and NMET). As per sources, the auction failed to fetch any response.
