SAIL’s Bokaro Steel Plant unit concluded a reverse auction for 6,000 t of ferro manganese (HC70%, Size:40-100mm) on 17 Jun’22. The material was booked at INR 81,000/t inclusive of GeM portal and freight charges. According to SteelMint’s assessment on 17 Jun, ferro manganese prices stood at INR 87,000/t ex-Durgapur.
