Indian mill books 40,000 t bulk ferrous scrap cargo from USA

Imported scrap offers into India continued to fall side-by-side the decline in global bulk scrap import offers in recent deals.
Around 40,000 t of bulk cargo has been booked recently from the US East Coast. The cargo comprised 36,000 t of shredded and 4,000 t of bonus at an average price of $415/t CFR Kandla. The cargo was booked for Jul shipments.
