An Iranian mill floated an export tender for 30,000 t of steel billets. The deal received bids at around $532/t FOB for Jul’22 shipment. Iran’s billet export prices have fallen by around $20/t as against prices assessed by SteelMint on 17 Jun. Iranian export offers have inched down owing to cheaper billet offers from Russia and declining global scrap and billet prices.
