India’s induction furnace (IF) steel market witnessed mixed price trends, while offers across mills varied in the range of INR 50-650/tonne d-o-d, on 15 June 2022.
Sponge iron and billet prices increases in the range of INR 50-650/t across regions except in southern part, where it fell by INR 150/t in Bellary’s sponge iron market.
Also, rebar (Fe 500) offers fluctuated by INR 100-500/t across regions. Prices plunged in Hyderabad’s market by INR 500/t.
Semi-finished observed a marginal hike in most regions while finished goods prices are almost same as seen yesterday. Sellers kept floating offers amid active buying noticed throughout the day.
