The USA’s flat steel exports dropped 3% m-o-m to 529,831 t in Apr’22 as against 548,323 t in the previous month. The largest share of exports was of HRC and plates at 136,589 t, followed by galvanised steel at 115,159 t and electrical steel at 108,181 t. Laredo and Detroit were among the major importers during the period.
