India: Hindalco, Balco hike aluminium ingot prices by INR 4,250/t

Hindalco and Balco increased primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices on 9 Jun’22 by INR 4,250/t ($55/t) compared to 8 Jun.
Hindalco’s effective price is INR 248,750/t ($3,198/t) exw, while Balco’s effective price stands at INR 251,000/t ($3,227/t) exw.
The LME cash aluminum contract price was recorded at $2,765/t, rising $50/t d-o-d yesterday, while three-month contract prices remain rangebound at $2,773/t.
