Imported prices for Saudi-origin pet coke (9% sulphur) have recorded a drop of $30/t w-o-w to $215/t CFR India (west coast). A 50,000 tonne-vessel has been booked by a cement player at this rate which is expected to arrive by June end. Prices have fallen in line with a drop in prices of a few grades of imported thermal coal in the physical market.
