Vina Roma Quang Tri Steel Joint Stock company has decided to construct a steel plant with an annual capacity of 4.5 mnt in central Vietnam’s Quang Tri province, which will produce heavy steel plates and long products used in construction. The project will be built in three phases over five years at an investment of VND 47 trillion ($2.26 billion).
