South Africa: Ferro chrome exports rises 6%, m-o-m, in April

South Africa’s ferro chrome exports increased by 6% to 277,000 t in Apr’22 versus 260,000 t in Mar. However, ferro chrome exports in Jan-Apr this year decreased by 26% to 1.15 mnt. China remained South Africa’s largest importer at 80,000 t, down 21% m-o-m in Apr, followed by Mozambique, Italy, and South Korea.
