Aluminium scrap prices have come down marginally by INR 1,000/t d-o-d tracking the correction in exchange prices. Trade participants had expected LME prices to remain supported in the near term but contrararily minor corrections were seen owing to a rebound in the US dollar index against the basket of six currencies. Aluminium scrap tense prices are assessed at INR 164,000/t exy-Delhi, excluding GST.
