Domestic special high grade (SHG) zinc ingot prices increased by INR 2,000/t ($25/t) to INR 342,000/t ($4,402/t) on 31 May’22 from INR 340,000/t ($4,377/t) yesterday. The LME zinc cash price was recorded at $3,976/t on 30 May, a d-o-d rise of $161/t. Strong LME sentiments are supporting the domestic market, as per sources.
