Base metals prices fluctuated in morning trade today. Copper and aluminium prices showed positive signs, rising up to 1%, while nickel and zinc prices contracted up to 2.5%. Metal stocks in LME-registered warehouses continued the negative trend on yesterday’s closing, with zinc stocks falling 1.34% – equivalent to 1,150 t as against the last trading session, SteelMint observes.
