Major induction furnace mills in Jalna, Maharashtra, have reported that despite yesterday was Sunday, a holiday, improved trades were observed in the spot market. Over 10,000 t rebar deals were concluded by a few mills at a price range of INR 52,000-53,000/t exw. In the course of two days, manufacturers have increased rebar offers by INR 500/t and fresh offers are at INR 54,000/t exw, excluding GST.
