CR busheling scrap prices fell by INR 800-2,500/t across major Indian markets on 24 May 2022. Changes in import and export duties on raw materials and finished steel products resulted in downward correction in scrap prices. CR busheling scrap offers are assessed at INR 42,800-43,200/t in Mandi Gobindgarh, INR 43,100-43,500/t in Ludhiana, INR 42,500-42,900/t in Jalna and INR 45,800-46,200/t in Chennai on a DAP basis.
