US: Peru’s zinc production down 9.8% y-o-y in Mar’22

Peru, the world’s second largest zinc producing country, recorded 9.8% y-o-y fall in output in Mar’22, the country’s Ministry of Energy and Mines reported. Production volumes stood at 120,875 t in Mar’22 compared to 134,001 t mined in Mar’21, according to the report.
