Global aluminium production falls around 3% m-o-m in Apr’22

• World’s primary aluminium production fell by around 3% in Apr’22 to 5.599 mnt against 5.739 mnt in Mar’22, as per estimated figures released by the International Aluminium Institute (IAI).
• China emerged as the world’s largest producer with an estimated 3.29 mnt. However, the volumes fell by 1.53% m-o-m, as per data compiled by SteelMint.
