Australia: Jervois Mining to produce the first cobalt and copper concentrates

Australian resources company, Jervois Mining will produce the first cobalt and copper concentrates from its Idaho Cobalt Ore Company (ICO) in the US, as per reports.
According to the study, the SMP (Sao Miguel Paulista) refinery can produce 10,000 t per year of metallic nickel and 2,000 t per year of metallic cobalt in the first stage, with initial commercial production expected in 2023, SteelMint learnt.
