Leading rebar producers based in Jalna, Maharashtra, have reduced Fe 500 grade rebar prices for the second day in a row by INR 1,000/t. The current offer for 10-25mm stands at INR 60,500/t exw. Lack of trades, buying enquires in the spot market and rising inventories at mills are pressuring manufacturers to cut prices.
