Domestic special high-grade zinc ingot prices exhibited a sharp downward trend on weekly basis. Prices fell by 7% to INR 345,000/t ($4,487/t) as against 370,400/t ($4,817/t) last week. Falling LME cash prices lowered domestic prices. LME cash prices stood at $3,993/t on 5 May’22, a fall of around 6%, w-o-w. Stocks were recorded at 93,175 t on 5 May.
