AM/NS India has planned an investment of $0.6 billion to set up a 975 megawatt (MW) solar and wind power project in Andhra Pradesh with the support of Greenko’s hydro-pumped storage project. The project is likely to provide dual benefits to AM/NS, with attractive return on investment (ROI) after commissioning in mid-2024 and meeting 20% power requirement of the Hazira plant.
