India: Steel exports by Tata Steel drop nearly 30%, y-o-y, in FY’22

Tata Steel’s steel exports reached 2.64 mnt in FY’22, down 27.8% as against 3.66 mnt in the year-ago period, as per sources. Total domestic sales stood at 15.6 mnt in FY’22, up 6% y-o-y. The company’s total sales in the previous fiscal was 18.27 mnt compared with 17.30 mnt in FY’21.
