Hindalco and Balco reduced primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by INR 2,750/t ($36/t) and INR 3,000/t ($39/t, respectively, as against 29 Apr’22. Hindalco’s effective price is INR 267,250/t ($3,493/t) exw, while Balco’s price stands at INR 269,500/t ($3,522/t) exw. The three-month LME aluminum contract price was recorded at $3,052/t yesterday, down $80/t as against $3,132/t the previous trading day.
