CIL subsidiary Western Coalfields Ltd. (WCL) will conduct an auction of 262,000 t coal on 28 Apr’22. Coal offered for sale comprises non-coking grades in the range of G6-G11 along with a single lot of washery grade W-IV from its Tandsi colliery. With this auction, WCL joins the list of BCCL, ECL and NCL that are also conducting auctions amid surging power demand.
