South Korea: US Dept. of Commerce may readjust ADD rate on line pipe imports

The US Court of International Trade has ruled that the anti-dumping rate on imports of welded line pipes from South Korea should be recalculated in the third final judgment of the AD annual review. In Nov’20, the US Department of Commerce had applied a duty of 9.33%-15.07% on imports between Dec’17 and Nov’18. By company, 15.07% was imposed on Nexteel, 9.33% on SeAH Steel and 11.6% on other companies.
