Iran’s domestic billets and rebar prices saw a recovery after witnessing a continuous fall post-the government’s announcement of export tariffs on various products, including steel.
- Steel billets prices rose by 1,000 Rial/Kg to 158,500 Rial/Kg against the closing on 18 April 2022.
- Rebar prices stood at 176,500 Rial/Kg on 20 April, a significant rise of 1,500 Rial/Kg.
