India: About 9,000 t of sponge iron sold in Raipur, Chhattisgarh

SteelMint’s price assessment for sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) rose by INR 500/t to INR 36,000/t exw-Raipur on the back of improved demand.
About 8,000 t of deals of FeM 80% material were reported at INR 35,500-36,100/t on exw and DAP Raipur. About 1,000 t deals of FeM 78% material were reported by mills-based outside at around INR 35,600-35,800/t DAP Raipur.
