Heavy structural steel manufacturers in Raipur decreased prices by INR 500/t today after prices stayed stable over the last 10 days, SteelMint assessment shows. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 63,000/t exw. Due to the fluctuation in billets prices and weak market sentiments manufacturers were forced to reduce offers. Also, trade discounts offered by the suppliers are at around INR 800-1,000/t.
