Export offers for hot-dipped galvanised iron (HDGI) coils (0.50mm, 900-1,250mm) from India remained unchanged at INR $1,330/t FOB west coast as consumption remained moderate by end user segment in the EU region. India’s HDGI exports in CY’21 stood at around 2.1 mnt. Belgium, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland and Spain were the top importers.
